Does someone need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. By law, an adult aged 21 or older must be present to provide a valid photo ID and sign for any package containing alcohol. We recommend shipping to a business address if no one is home during the day.

What states do you ship to?

We currently ship to most states within the U.S., excluding Utah, Mississippi, and Alabama due to local liquor laws. Please enter your zip code at checkout to verify shipping availability for your location.

How do you ensure the wine isn't damaged during transit?

We use specialized, eco-friendly pulp or foam inserts designed to prevent breakage. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may offer 'Weather Hold' services to store your wine in our temperature-controlled warehouse until conditions are safe for shipping.

Can I return a bottle if I don't like it?

We take pride in our selection. If a bottle is 'corked' or flawed, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or store credit. We cannot accept returns for wines that were simply not to your personal taste preference.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to show active movement.

Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate gifting?
