Email our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the label or damage.
Verify Product Condition
Ensure the bottle is at least three-quarters full and resealed with the original cork for quality testing purposes.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier to collect the bottle from your address at no extra cost.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the return, a full refund or store credit will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
