A delicious wine made with handpicked grapes carefully selected. Excellent weight of ripe plummy blackberry and damson fruit with and a hint of cedar wood and vanilla. Superb value for money.

Tasting Note:
The Pinot Noir appears moderately dark ruby-red with some depth and youthful with upfront red fruit aromas, cinnamon, seasoned resinous oak and herbal on the nose. The palate displays youth with ripe medium bodied black cherry, sweet raspberry, interwoven with savoury herb and spice, finishing soft with light acidity and extra layers of sweet cherry. An excellent wine for the price and would be best served with antipasto, pasta and seared tuna or pate. Consume now or 2-3 years.
