Casal de Ventozela Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde region, only with white grapes of Alvarinho. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, 10% of the batch aged in new French oak barrels, subjected to a regular stirring for 9 months, the rest of the batch stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.
