An Irish pot-still gin that has been made with Mediterranean botanicals, including; juniper, bergamont, orange, almonds, olive, basil, thyme, rosemary, gooseberry and more! It offers a local twist on the pleasures of the sunniest side of the continent and channel the Spaniard's style of Gin & Tonic.
