Redbreast PX Edition Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey

A single pot still, triple distilled and aged in Bourbon, Oloroso to be then finished in delectable Pedro Ximenéz Hogsheads from the southern tip of Spain. Previously launched as a limited-edition release in the Iberian Series, Redbreast PX Edition has returned as a permanent member of the flock. 

The genesis of Redbreast dates back to 1903 when John Jameson & Son entered into an agreement with the Gilbeys Wines & Spirits Import Company to supply them with new make spirit from their Bow St. Distillery. The brand died off with the closure of Jameson's distillery but was relaunched and is a huge favourite with both whiskey drinkers and connoisseurs. 

Nose Hints of fruit, spices and toasted nuts combine with the subtly sweet aroma of Pedro Ximénez sherry seasoned casks.

Palate A zesty, syrupy mouthful with the perfect balance of fruit, spice and toasted notes.

Finish Satisfyingly rich and long, sweet flavours linger on the palate.
