With a higher than average Malted Barley content in this mashbill, there is an almost baked quality to the nose of this bourbon. Left at cask strength all of it liquids natural character shines through, with a spiced banana bread profile on the nose. At 64% this is a bourbon with a bold flavour, but an exceptionally smooth mouth feel.
