A wine with a brilliant pale yellow colour with green reflections. A nose with wonderful aromas of citrus fruits, white peach, lychees and exotic fruits of exceptional finesse. This wine brings an astonishing roundness in the mouth with a very nice freshness, and a length which reveals a magnificent minerality in the finish.

Château Argadens has been in the hands of the Sichel family, who are also part owners of Château Palmer and a number of other prestige Bordeaux estates. Their aim is to make the wine a benchmark within the Bordeaux Superieur appellation. Grapes are sourced from a 45 hectares parcels of clay-limestone soil in a single plot located in Entre-Deux-Mers. Fresh and intense aromas of citrus, mango and pineapple, enhanced with hints of vanilla. Well-balanced by a delicate and lingering freshness and a silky texture.

Domaine de Vedilhan is the estate of the Fayet family based in the village of Moussan, close to Narbonne. Uniquely, a brook runs around the estate which provides much needed water in this very hot climate, giving the wines their freshness and appeal. This is a wonderfully sunny style of Sauvignon Blanc, broad and quite tropical with delicate smoky notes, ripe citrus acidity and a richly-textured finish.
