Bottega was founded by master distiller Aldo Bottega in the hills surrounding Venice, providing the perfect setting to produce some of the best Prosecco Italy has to offer. This ultra premium Prosecco is made form hand picked Glera wine grapes making a luxuriously decadent Prosecco that rivals any Champagne. Bottega Gold is made using the modern Charmat method where by the Prosecco undergoes a 2nd fermentation in vats before being bottled under pressure. This all combines to produce a truly luxury drink, presented in a beautiful liquid metal bottle that not only looks good but helps keep the Prosecco fresh for longer.
