A joint project between Eric Solomon and the Chaudière brothers Fred and Alex, Le Paradou is a cuvée of Grenache made from Grenache sourced from Agly valley in the Roussillon combined with Grenache from Chateau Pesquié’s vineyards in the Ventoux.
Tasting Note:
Deep ruby red wine, full from rim to core. Pronounced bouquet of blackberry and damson fruits with minty tones. Dry with softening tannins, lovely weight of rich ripe blackberry fruits with a long smooth finish. Excellent quality from this much improved region.
