This is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, a high tannin, high acidity and full-bodied grape variety. Thanks to Languedoc warm climate, and the resulting ripe grapes, this is a deliciously concentrated Cabernet.
Tasting Note: Notes of blackcurrant and dark fruits emerge, complemented by subtle chocolate and mocha hints. The wine is concentrated with robust, well-integrated tannins. Complex and flavorful with spicy notes and a refreshing finish.
