Tasting Note: A bouquet bursting with notes of mocha, coffee, toasted oak, vanilla, black currant, and liquorice. Expansive flavours and the round viscous mouthfeel backed with concentrated tannic structure carry through to the smooth, lavish finish.
Food Matches: Fabulous on its own but matches extremely well with BBQ meat, chilli, beef roast, game and strong cheese.
