This level of requirement was passed down through the generations and nowadays Richard and Brigitte rigorously keep the tradition alive.
A good wine starts with a sound fruit. Richard and Brigitte produce only one cuvee, hence the importance to have an excellent raw material. They engaged in a sustainable approach to reduce their impact on the environment.
Tasting Note:
Beautiful intense hue. Nose: red and black fruits, mocha. Palate: light first taste, then develops beautiful aromas, a hint of astringency. Short finish but beautiful and intense. Match with food: white meat. Comments: to drink within a few years with great pleasure.
